Breast uplift

Breast uplift surgery, or mastoplexy, lifts the breast and repositions the nipple.

Is a breast uplift right for me?

Most women find that their breasts begin to change shape as they get older. Weight loss, pregnancy and breastfeeding are usually contributory factors to create sagging breast tissue. Breast lift surgery, or mastopexy re-shapes the redundant skin over the breast tissue. This can be combined with fat lipofilling, taking unwanted fat from other part of the body.

Consultation

Our professional consultation will enable us to give you the best advice to achieve the results that you really want. Our surgeon will listen to your needs to ensure that they understand your goals and assess your general physique and relation of your breast size to the rest of your body.
They will also ask about your current and past medical history to ensure that any recommendations are safe for you. Every patient is different, and the surgery will be tailored to your needs and circumstances. Possible complications will also be discussed.

The Procedure

During the breast lift operation, the surgeon removes surplus skin from around the areola (the area of dark tissue surrounding the nipple) and sometimes from under your breasts. This creates a tighter cone shaped breast tissue; and your nipple is moved to a higher position to give a more youthful and firm appearance.
